HDPE Pipes — The backbone of India's water network

Our High-Density Polyethylene pipes are manufactured exclusively from 100% virgin PE100 resin of IS 7328 specification — the only raw material the BIS permits for IS 4984 pipes — sourced from IOCL, Reliance, or equivalent manufacturers. No recycled material. No shortcuts.

Produced on world-class KABRA-KOLSITE extruder lines at 8–12°C water temperature, every pipe undergoes dimensional, hydraulic, and material testing in our in-house BIS-approved laboratory before dispatch.

Available in straight lengths (12 metres) for diameters above 110mm, and coil form (100–550 metre coils) for diameters 20mm to 110mm — with optional copper extrusion for underground tracing.

HDPE Coils — Last-mile delivery, made easy

For diameters up to 110mm, we supply pipes in coil form — significantly reducing the number of joints required in the field, lowering installation time and leakage risk.

Coil-form pipes are the standard choice for last-mile water delivery, agricultural drip systems, and rural water supply schemes where trenching and laying flexibility is essential.

Available with optional copper extrusion — an insulated copper wire co-extruded along the outer surface — enabling precise underground pipe tracing without excavation.

Fewer joints — lower leak risk

100–550 metre continuous coils eliminate most field joints, the primary failure point in water supply systems.

Flexible — installs around obstacles

Natural flexibility eliminates need for fittings at most bends, reducing cost and installation time in uneven terrain.

Safe for drinking water

Same 100% virgin PE100 formulation as our straight pipes. Certified safe for potable water transport under IS 4984:2016.

UV & termite resistant

Carbon black additive provides UV protection for outdoor storage and installation. Termite and rodent resistant — no protective coating needed.

Buyer FAQ

HDPE pipe questions, answered

Common questions from engineers, contractors and dealers about specification, certification and supply.

What sizes and pressure classes of HDPE pipe do you manufacture?

We manufacture HDPE pipes from 20 mm to 400 mm outer diameter, in pressure classes from PN 2.5 to PN 10, supplied in both straight lengths and coils as per IS 4984. Tell us your diameter, pressure class and quantity and we will confirm availability.

Are Aquatic HDPE pipes BIS certified?

Yes. Every pipe is manufactured to IS 4984 and carries the BIS Standard Mark, and our plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Each batch is hydrostatically tested in our in-house laboratory and dispatched with test certificates.

Do you use virgin or recycled material?

We use 100% virgin PE100 resin and never blend recycled or reprocessed material. This is what allows our pipes to hold their full pressure rating for the rated service life. You can read why virgin material matters here.

What is the service life of an HDPE pipe?

HDPE pipes made from virgin PE100 are designed for a service life of 50 years or more when operated within their rated pressure class, thanks to the material's resistance to corrosion, scaling and chemical attack.

Can HDPE pipes be used for drinking water supply?

Yes. HDPE is non-toxic, corrosion-free and approved for potable water. Our IS 4984 pipes are widely used for drinking-water schemes, including Jal Jeevan Mission projects across Madhya Pradesh and neighbouring states.

What is the difference between PN6, PN8 and PN10?

PN is the nominal pressure rating, the maximum continuous working pressure in bar that a pipe can safely carry. A PN10 pipe handles 10 bar, PN8 handles 8 bar and PN6 handles 6 bar; a higher PN means a thicker wall. We help you choose the right class for your head and flow.

How are HDPE pipes joined?

HDPE pipes are joined by butt-fusion or electrofusion welding for larger diameters, and by compression fittings for smaller sizes. A correctly welded joint is leak-free and as strong as the pipe itself.

Do you supply for government and Jal Jeevan Mission projects?

Yes. We have supplied over 12,000 km of HDPE pipe for water-supply and irrigation projects, including Jal Jeevan Mission, with full BIS documentation and batch test certificates for tender compliance.
